Welcome to the North Beach Caravan Park, your stay is important to us and the following information is provided to assist you in enjoying your holiday.
OCCUPATION TIMES Cabins and sites will be available after 12 noon each day and must be vacated by 10 am on the departure day, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Manager.
VEHICLES Speed limit is 8kph and Pedestrians have “Right of Way” Parking in not permitted on roadways or on other sites Roadways are also shared pedestrian walkways
BIKES Helmets must be worn at all times when riding a bicycle. Riding is not permitted after the street lights are on or around amenity buildings. Mini bikes, skateboards, roller blades or roller skates are not permitted.
SITES Campfires or wood BBQ’s are not permitted. Please do not use plastic underlay under campsites and annexes, shadecloth underlay is permitted Please leave your site, clean and tidy. Flammable or dangerous goods are not to be brought onto the site.
CHILDREN: Patrons are reminded that they are responsible for the care and control of their children and they must be supervised at all times. The PINPADS are for security not for play.
BEHAVIOUR: Please have consideration for other patrons and restrict noise to a reasonable level at all times. Social gatherings, loud music, excessive noise must not occur during the designated “quite time” period being 9.30pm to 7.00 am. The barbecue area closes at 9.30 pm Please note that unruly behavior or offensive language will result in all persons being asked to leave.
VISITORS: Park rules apply to visitors. Patrons are responsible for the behavior of their visitors.
GARBAGE
Please
deposit recyclables in the recycling bins provided. What can be recycled is
clearly marked on the bins The Red lidded Bins will accept food and non recyclable plastics and plastic bags.
TREES/ Firecrackers The climbing of trees is prohibited. Firecrackers are banned in the park and surrounds, the police will be notified.
PETS: The Dog Act and COMMONSENSE apply. Dogs are permitted on the Park but must be on a leash at all times. Animal droppings must be immediately picked-up and properly disposed. No dogs inside pool area.
SMOKING: Bellingen Shire Council's No Smoking Policy applies to playground and pool areas, amenity buildings, inside cabins and reception. Please dispose of cigarette butts in facilities provided.
BARBEQUES: BBQ’s and lighting in the BBQ area automatically shut off at 9.30pm. Please minimise noise in this area. Please clean up BBQ’s after use.
POOL RULES: When using the swimming pool please observe the pool rules attached to the entry gate. Please note that the use of bad language or a bombing will result in a 1-day ban. No dogs inside pool area.
FEES: Please note that all fees are payable in advance. Cabin bookings attract a deposit at the time of booking. Cancellation and refunds are subject to approval and payment of a $25.00 administration fee. A late departure fee applies. No refunds will be made due to inclement weather or early departure.
MOBILE PHONES: Receiving text messages and phoning after 9.30pm can be annoying to your neighbours. Consideration please.
ENVIRONMENTAL: The Park has a self contained waste water plant and the use of unsafe biological porta loo and cleaning chemicals containing bleach or caustic substances are prohibited.
WATER SUPPLY: The park is serviced from the town water supply.
